The Grommet Machine Operator is tasked with setting up, running, and trouble-shooting the grommet machine, following detailed graphic job instructions.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Role Responsibilities:
- Set up machines [EX: calibrating, cleaning, operating, etc.]
- Feed raw material into semi-automated machine
- Inspect equipment parts to ensure proper machine performance
- Test machine operations (periodically)
- Fix issues that may occur during shift
- Read, understand, and follow tickets containing job details
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Willing to stand for extended periods through ones shift
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Operate in a fast paced environment
- (Paid) Overtime flexibility
