Graphic Designer

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Hourly; Negotiable and based on experience  

The Graphic Designer works well as a self-starter and as part of a creative team. This role is responsible for designing various forms of print artwork plus digital marketing campaigns.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Role Responsibilities:

Our graphic designers work well both as individuals and as part of a creative team. The ideal person for this role is comfortable designing various forms of print artwork plus (digital and print) marketing campaigns with diverse mediums. GCI designers work with Adobe Suite, balance multiple projects at once, and meet hard and fast deadlines. Our designers not only execute the task at hand, but bring marketing, design, and advertising ideas to the table as a part of a well-oiled creative team. 

Qualifications:

 

    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment 

    • Team player who communicates well with other departments 

    • Understand advertising design concepts and can apply them to various mediums

    • Proficiency in graphic design software applications (EX: Adobe Suite)

    • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects; Excellent time management 

    • Trustworthy person with great integrity 

    • Experience in marketing and print design (1-2 year minimum)

    • Ability to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns 

    • Strong understanding and execution of branding and brand consistency
