Ideal candidate works well both within a creative team and as a self-starter. They are comfortable in all phases of great design from conception to completion with all mediums in mind. This candidate should have expert understanding of Adobe Suite, an innovative, strategic thinking ability, as well as be able to juggle multiple projects at one time while meeting hard and fast deadlines with ease.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of advertising design concepts and executions as it pertains to Out-Of-Home and the medium’s unique challenges
- Experience with, and proficiency in software applications used for graphic design
- An understanding of team environment and the ability to flourish within
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and produce detailed work
- Must be able to maintain highly confidential information
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with marketing and print design
- Multi-channel campaign development including layout and supporting graphics
- Experience working with project teams to execute high-level creative solutions
Other:
- Must have strong project/time management skills and can thrive in a deadline driven environment
- Comfortable taking active direction from multiple sources
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-Starter with ability to work effectively with client contacts
- Able to provide quality design, innovation and strong understanding of branding and brand consistency
