The CNC Router Operator is responsible for setting up CNC routers and efficiently completing all cut portions of graphic jobs, including but not limited to metals, plastics, wood, etc.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Role Responsibilities:
- Cut various materials: metals, plastics, wood, etc.
- Setup machine properly before beginning work
- Read job ticket for specific job cutting instructions
- Operate machinery safely
- Organize jobs based on router setup
- EX: If machine is set up to route a 6mm substrate, see if there are any other substrates in line with a similar tooling setup, to minimize rework and prep time
- Ensure cut jobs meet the required standards and specifications
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of router tooling options (bits)
- Strong understanding of materials and tools/bits needed to cut corresponding material
- Machine operating experience (2-3 years preferred)
- Operate in fast-paced environment
